ONE HUNDRED restrooms is a full-service solution for public transport hubs, petrol stations, retail areas and QSR. We offer several services as part of a modular restroom concept. As an operational partner you can choose the services or facilities that you need. Also it is possible to become a ticket partner and offer special discount to the toilet visitors.

For this purpose, we process the following personal data:

We need this information because of our agreement with you and to maintain the relationships resulting from this agreement or based on our legitimate interest. We store this information for the duration of the agreement. Certain information will be retained for a longer period if we are obliged to do so (for example because of the legal tax retention period of seven years).

As a restrooms visitor it is possible to use one or more of the offered services (Sampling machine, Keito health check, Smart urinal). Using these services, we process the following personal data:

For each of these services a specific privacy policy provided by our partner is applicable. These personal data is requested with prior consent of the restroom visitor.

ONE HUNDRED partner dashboard

For operational partners ONE HUNDRED restrooms offers a realtime dashboard. You can manage this dashboard via your account. However, to be able to log in to your account, we will register you first. After the registration you will receive a link to activate your account with your e-mail address and password (of your choice) to manage the ONE HUNDRED dashboard.
For this purpose, we process the following personal data:

We need this information because of our agreement with you and to maintain the relationships resulting from this agreement. We store this information for the duration of the agreement. Certain types of personal data will be retained for a longer period with regards to the legal tax retention period of 7 years.

Surveys and sending our report

To get a deeper understanding in changing customer atitudes ONE HUNDRED restrooms initiates surveys from time to time. Via our website you can subscribe to obtain a report. In this report we will inform you by e-mail about all findings from our survey.

For this purpose, we process the following personal data:

We use this information in order to be able to handle your request to send you our report and to perform the agreement with you to this end. If you contact us, your personal data will be retained until we are sure that we correctly handled your request.
In addition, if you participate in any survey we may process additional personal data, for the purposes of this survey. The nature and scope of the personal data may differ per survey. Further information on this will be provided during the survey.

Handling job applications

Have you responded to one of our vacancies or submitted an open application? If so, we will process your personal data in order to process your application and in preparation for the possible conclusion of an employment contract.

We will retain your application details for a maximum of 6 weeks after the position has been filled. We keep this information so that we can contact you in the event that the position becomes vacant again within the trial period. If we are unable to offer you a job at this time, we may – with your consent – keep your application details for a further year. You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending us an email. If you come to work for us, we will save your application data in the personnel file.

A social media and internet check can be part of the application procedure. This is necessary to ensure that our image is maintained when hiring new staff. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest. For this purpose, we search your name on Google and, if necessary, your profile(s) on social media. This of course, for as far as these profiles are public; we will not ask you to grant us access to a protected social media page or to make a connection with us. The results of this social media and internet check will be discussed with you. If you object to this, you can indicate this by e-mail at the time of your application.

Camera surveillance

ONE HUNDRED uses camera surveillance while visiting one of our locations. The cameras are postioned in the public areas of the ONE HUNDRED locations. ONE HUNDRED has a legitimate interest in using camera surveillance. It contributes significantly towards ensuring the most comprehensive security possible for its locations and to guarantee safety for both visitors of ONE HUNDRED and employees.
We store this information for one week. Some camera images can be retained for a longer period if we are obliged to do so (for example because they are needed in the context of investigative proceedings).

Providing data to third parties

ONE HUNDRED restrooms only shares your data with third parties when this is allowed by current legislation. It may happen that we provide your personal information to third parties, because:
we have engaged them to process certain data;
it is necessary to carry out the agreement with you;
you have given consent for this;
we have a legitimate interest in this;
we are legally obliged to do so (e.g. if the police demand this in case of a suspicion of a crime).
