Intern sustainability reporting
What you will contribute to our brand
As a sustainability reporting intern, you’ll be supporting the management with the execution of the impact strategy. Key projects are quantifying our environmental impact (e.g. carbon footprint analysis), goal setting, initiating and coordinating impact projects, stakeholder engagement and communication. You will work on multiple projects with multiple stakeholders (internally as well as externally) daily.
Position goals & objectives
- Support the management team with executing the impact strategy
- Provide administrative assistance by requesting and researching data for CO2 report and goal setting in accordance with SBTi
- Act as point-of-contact internally for questions and details about sustainability
- Be in contact with different members from various teams to make sure new initiatives are being executed as planned
- Schedule meetings and coordinate follow-up and details with (potential) partners
- Create content about the different projects that can be shared both internally and externally
- Work with key methodologies and industry standards (e.g. ESG, GHG protocol, SDGs and GRI)
- Work in conjunction COO in the administrative support and monitoring of projects
- Interact with internal stakeholders and key suppliers to ensure the needs and objectives of projects are met.
Who you are

You:
- Are studying and still registered at a university (of applied science) in the direction of Sustainable Business and Innovation, Environment, Development Studies or similar
- Have excellent people and communication skills and are fluent in English
- Have a strong eye for detail and are extremely organised
- Are independent, proactive and have a hands-on mentality
- Are interested in learning more about sustainability and you have affinity with well-being
- Have high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Have strong written, verbal, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Are enthusiastic to work hard in a growing company
- Are a self-starter who is comfortable achieving maximum results with minimal supervision
- Have the flexibility to perform a variety of different types & levels of work
