WHAT IS THE ENTRANCE FEE?
The entrance fee for ONE HUNDRED restrooms can vary per location, but on average it is 1 euro per visit. For 1 euro you’ll get a ticket with multiple rewards like comfortable hygienic restrooms, free drinking water, a health check and voucher discounts at retailers and restaurants nearby. Please check our location pages to see what services are available.
WHERE CAN I REDEEM MY TICKET?
Redeem your ticket at local ticket redeeming partners. You’ll find the logos of selected local redeeming partners on the backside of your ticket*. Check all voucher conditions here.
*not all stores have a partnership with local redemption partners.
I NEED AN INVOICE FOR BUSINESS PURPOSES
We are currently changing all our tickets. This process should be finalized soon. The new tickets will contain all information needed for expense reporting like VAT, date, and location. Unfortunately, it is not possible to provide this information by email or in any other format.
I PAID TWICE FOR MY TOILET VISIT
We are very sorry to hear something went wrong during the payment process. Please share your contact details with us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be sure to compensate you.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY CHILDREN?
At ONE HUNDRED kids up until 100cm tall can use our facilities free of charge.
DO YOU HAVE A SHOWER?
At some locations we have a shower service. Please check our location pages to see what facilities are available. If there is a shower service, you’ll pay 5 euro at our comfort crew for 20 minutes usage of the shower. Please make sure to bring your own towel.
DO YOU HAVE FACILITIES FOR DISABLED PEOPLE?
Every ONE HUNDRED location is equipped with a disabled toilet to welcome visitors with special needs.
DO YOU HAVE FACILITIES FOR FEEDING AND BABY CHANGING?
Every ONE HUNDRED location offers a baby changing table. Some locations are equipped with a family room and/or a nursery room with feeding areas and a microwave. Please check our location pages to find out what services we offer per location.
I LOST A PERSONAL BELONGING IN YOUR RESTROOMS
So sorry to hear. The best thing to do is send us a WhatsApp message and tell us where you have lost your personal belongings and what it looks like. We will contact the local comfort crew to check if something has been found. Please make sure to also check the ‘lost and found’ service in the mall or station.
