Payment and services
WHAT IS THE ENTRANCE FEE?
ONE HUNDRED offers several paid restroom solutions. The entrance fee varies by location but is typically between €0.80 and €1.50 per visit. At most of our locations, you’ll receive a ticket with additional rewards, such as free drinking water, a health check, and voucher discounts at nearby retailers and restaurants. Please check our location pages to see what services are available, or visit the voucher conditions page for more information about the voucher deals.
WHERE CAN I REDEEM MY TICKET?
Redeem your ticket at local ticket redeeming partners. You’ll find the logos of selected local redeeming partners on the backside of your ticket*. Check all voucher conditions here.

I NEED AN INVOICE FOR BUSINESS PURPOSES
Our tickets contain all information needed for expense reporting like entrance price, VAT, date, and location. Unfortunately, it is not possible to provide this information by email or in any other format.
I PAID TWICE FOR MY TOILET VISIT
We are very sorry to hear something went wrong during the payment process. Please share your contact details with us by email: info@onehundredrestrooms.com and we will be sure to compensate you.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY CHILDREN?
At ONE HUNDRED locations, children up to a certain age, including one parent/guardian, will be granted free access. Local regulations are communicated at the entrance gate. Our comfort crew will provide entry.
DO YOU HAVE A SHOWER?
At some locations we have a shower service. Please check our location pages to see what facilities are available. If there is a shower service, you’ll pay 5 euro at our comfort crew for 20 minutes usage of the shower. Please make sure to bring your own towel.
DO YOU HAVE FACILITIES FOR DISABLED PEOPLE?
Every ONE HUNDRED location is equipped with a disabled toilet to welcome visitors with special needs.
DO YOU HAVE FACILITIES FOR FEEDING AND BABY CHANGING?
Every ONE HUNDRED location offers a baby changing table. Some locations are equipped with a family room and/or a nursery room with feeding areas and a microwave. Please check our location pages to find out what services we offer per location.

Lost belongings
I LOST A PERSONAL BELONGING IN YOUR RESTROOMS
So sorry to hear. The best thing to do is send us a WhatsApp message and tell us where you have lost your personal belongings and what it looks like. We will contact the local comfort crew to check if something has been found. Please make sure to also check the ‘lost and found’ service in the mall or station.
